It will definitely not work, because both RF units would need to be operated in synchronized mode, which is not the case. I love my planes, and I don't want to damage property because of a known bug. I am 100% not surprised it failed on you mid-air I'm sorry for your loss, it does suck when you lose control :SĪnyway, if you wanna test more, you are more than welcome to my Matek boards! I sent you a private message, we can find a price that we are both happy with I think They are VERY capable boards (GPS, vario, ELRS, voltage monitoring, etc), but I personally don't feel like I can risk it. I had it fail 3x, and I have 4x boards, and tried with various, failed on 2 different ones actually. Having had that failure, I did more than 15x, my estimate is 20+.
I actually find it interesting that you did around 3x tests on the desk before flying.
I reproduced it with 3.3.0 on ISM firmware (so LBT bug not affecting it - see LBT bug in 3.3.0 inside the 3.3.1 ELRS release notes), on my desk. ELSR connected, PWM converter board flashing), and I just *barely* landed it because I thankfully had intermittent control (20s after landing, no control).
One failed in-air exactly like we described (i.e.
